Entertainment & relationship titles underpin Seven's upcoming slate.

Seven has teased a number of its remaining highlights for 2018 including Dance Boss (pictured), All Together Now, Take Me Out and The Good Doctor.

But the list is also interesting for the titles that are absent: 800 Words, Wanted, The Blake Mysteries, Instant Hotel, Emergency Call (Update: Seven confirms all coming this year). Also absent are The Rich House and Australian Gangster, both of which Seven indicated were delayed and unclear if they are proceeding.

  1. I rarely watch Seven or Nine – and there is nothing on this list that appeals to me. Only reality shows I watch are Survivor and Masterchef on Ten – but so wish they edited them better. A 40 minute show should never last 90 or 100 minutes.

    1. I don’t think Seven have stuffed with 800 words it’s a show that’s only has about 20 episodes or fewer a season unlike All Saints that was on year round and had over 40 episodes in a season. It’s always shown at about this time of year. They haven’t stuffed around with the timeslot that much. I watched the first season but lost interest after that.

  2. Not much on this list that interests me. Sport obviously yes with the exception of Yachting. I think Jimmy Barnes bio doco sounds good. So will watch that. But as i said i am not enticed. Too many dating shows or “relationship” shows out there. I am more interesting in how TEN do for the rest of the year and next year.

  3. The programming at 7 always just seams very vanilla bland and there is not much here that is convincing me otherwise.

The one show that I could have been semi-intrested in was The Rich House. Had it been done well, I could see it be an intresting Reality Game Format in the vain of (but not directly ripping off) a Big Brother or Survivor.

  4. Seven seem to be just flooding the dating show market trying to ruin Married at First Sight joke they did with Spartan early this year. Dance Boss looks awful & I am not sure about All Together Now without Jon English. (Joke)

    1. I too expected 800 words as it usually runs in the second half! Not sure how they’ll meet their drama quota?
Not sure how why they’d disappoint fans! Maybe they don’t care?

  5. I have very bad TV reception at my apartment so I have to watch the live stream on my Chromecast. I wish they would start Dance Boss so I don’t have to see the ads for it which appear on almost every ad break. Different ads to what is shown on broadcast TV which doesn’t make sense. Looks like some good shows ahead

  6. This is a pretty good offering for the back half or the year. I’ll check out Dance Boss, Single Wives and The Full Monty. All Together now looks pretty awful.

Surprised Instant Hotel is coming back, I thought that did alright last year?
