1. What shows are on your must-see TV list lately?
I love watching SBS for so many reasons – news, Insight, Dateline, dramas, movies, food – I watched Handmaid’s Tale on SBS on Demand. ABC for Four Corners, Media Watch, Q&A and Black Comedy. I also love NITV’s Move it Mob Style for effervescent talent and cool dance moves.

2. What’s your preferred genre to watch and which shows are highlights?
News and current affairs, compelling series – Get Shorty, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos.

3. Which guilty pleasure show are you reluctant to admit to watching?
Back to back episodes of Summer Heights High.

4. What devices and screens do you use for viewing?
TV, online.

5. Is there another show you would secretly love to appear on?
My dream would be to appear on Kath and Kim… quintessentially Australian and so funny…imagine sitting down at a table with the girls from Fountain Lakes! The effluent life….

6. What can we look forward to in Food Safari Water?
A feast of seafood, some great ways to cook it, stunning wild landscapes and hardworking fishermen and a cast of chefs and home cooks who are pure multicultural Australia. Fun and delicious and – we like to think – groundbreaking!

Food Safari Water airs Wednesdays at 8.00pm on SBS from 1 August.
