    1. Well Jamie Brayshaw (couldn’t help myself, poor bugger was Jamie throughout his cricketing days) didn’t play cricket for Victoria but he did play for SA and WA. Maybe he will be biased (or have a bias) towards the All Stars team?

    1. I think that this was to do with name change of the stadium. Docklands Stadium is changing with the name Etihad Stadium to be renamed as Marvel Stadium. This will mean that the Etihad Stadium logo will be dropped and have the Marvel Stadium to be installed on it. They are going to install a Marvel retail store at this venue.

      1. This Saturday Etihad will be known as Marvel Stadium, but this has nothing to do with why the EJ game was moved.

Just saw the below in the Adelaide news, I
thought the sole purpose was for the EJ Foundation and to raise money for that cause.

“For the 2018 game, The EJ Whitten Foundation will be teaming up with The Little Heroes Foundation. Run by the inaugural Adelaide Football Club captain Chris McDermott, this South Australian charity supports seriously ill children and their families, by raising funds for essential equipment and services.

      1. Wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if they didn’t. After all, this game is reasonably new for them after this game’s long association with Nine.
