Eddie McGuire to produce for ABC

Eddie pulls off a right royal deal, producing the Invictus Games for ABC.

Eddie McGuire is expanding his media production reach, with JAM TV set to produce the upcoming Invictus Games for ABC.

The Invictus Games, founded by Prince Harry, will take place in Sydney in October with serving and former serving military personal competing across multiple sports.

500 competitors from 18 nations will contest 11 medal sports and two feature events with Prince Harry and Meghan to attend.

JAM TV has a long history producing sporting content including Footy Classified, Talking Footy, Asian AFC Cup, Netball World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup and more.

“The Invictus Games is a unique international event where human spirit takes centre stage. JAM TV Australia is proud to shine the spotlight on each of the adaptive sports athletes that epitomise endeavour and display the true meaning of success,” said JAMTV’s Broadcast Manager, Jacob Walker.

ABC is set to announce its broadcasting plans next week.
