Season 5 of UK documentary Forbidden History with presenter Jamie Theakston begins this week on the History channel.

We lift the lid on some of history’s great mysteries by tunnelling deeper, travelling wider, looking more closely, asking harder questions and searching for evidence with more determination than ever before. We are taken to places far and wide and will encounter conspiracy theories, cover ups, strange phenomena, unexplained happenings and mysterious findings – in short, a whole host of unusual goings on that have had a massive bearing on how we view history today.

Thursdays from August 23 at 7.30pm on History.

  1. What a piece of cra@#p show. The show about Jesus had no Christian Scholars and on of their expert just wrote a book. That is not an expert. Way too much proof of Jesus. How can scripture written thousand of year before Jesus predict him.
