The Footy Show: My Room Telethon

Nine AFL show to stage its annual event to help fight against childhood cancer.

Next week the AFL Footy Show stages its annual My Room Telethon in aid of childhood cancer research, patient care and supporting the Monash Children’s Hospital Cancer Centre.

Nine Melbourne Managing Director, Matt Scriven, said: “Over the past two years, The Footy Show has raised more than $2 million through the annual My Room Telethon. We are excited to announce we are doing it all again in 2018 to help raise much-needed funds for the fight against childhood cancer.”

Luke Hodge, Max Gawn, Andrew McGrath, Brendon Goddard, Jack Ziebell and Jarryd Roughead will be amongst those manning the phone room.

Shane Crawford, Brendan Fevola and AFL player Jack Ziebell recently announced that this year Metricon and Satterley have offered a four-bedroom, two-storey home in Satterley’s Botanical community in Mickleham to be auctioned this Saturday.

Thursday, August 9 at 7:30pm on Nine Melbourne (check local guides).
