Ashleigh Cummins to star in US horror series

Ashleigh Cummings (Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, Puberty Blues) will star alongside Zachary Quinto (Heroes, American Horror Story) in a new US horror series NOS4A2.
The series, based on Joe Hill’s novel of the same title, sees Quinto play an immortal who sustains himself by feeding on the souls of children.
His world will be threatened when a young, working-class artist (Cummings) discovers she has a dangerous gift: a supernatural ability to track him.
“As a huge fan of Joe Hill’s rich, imaginative and exciting book, I am over the moon to be working with such a phenomenal cast and creative team on this special project,” said showrunner Jami O’Brien (Fear the Walking Dead, Hell on Wheels).
It will debut on AMC in 2019. No word on Australia as yet.
