The sixth season of Ray Donovan starring Liev Schreiber begins on FOX Showcase in early November.
Susan Sarandon returns this season.
It broadcasts in the US on October 28 (after an online debut next week).
As season six begins, we find Ray rebuilding his life both personally and professionally in New York City. After being rescued from a plummet into the East River, his saviour, a cop named Mac, brings Ray into the fraternity that is the Staten Island Police Department. While exploring this new world of brotherhood and corruption, Ray finds himself once again working for media mogul Sam Winslow. Sam has teamed up with New York City mayoral candidate Anita Novak, a partnership that puts Ray at odds with his new friends out in Staten Island.
Wednesdays from November 7 at 9.30pm on FOX Showcase.

After a lacklustre season 5 I’m hoping things pick up this season so it returns to the ace show it’s always been.
I agree, the early seasons had a bit of charisma about them, now the show has lost its spark and looks a bit tired as does Ray Donovan, the New York location and changed plot does look promising though.
I can’t find anywhere that it says the sixth season would be last.
