Top US TV star salaries

According to a Variety report these are the top salaried TV stars in the US.

Variety has published a list of the salaries earned by some US TV stars per episode, although the list is not comprehensive (and omits some big earners such as Big Bang  & Game of Thrones casts, Judge Judy, several late night hosts or the total sums that can be earned across sponsorship & endorsements).

One very significant factor is that California has now barred employers from asking prospective employees how much money they made in previous jobs.

The new law was designed to redress wage disparity but it has killed the quote system by which studios would determine what to offer an actor for a project based on his or her pay history.

  1. I’d interested to know how much they paid to Kim Dickens who was the lead series in Fear the Walking Dead for the first 3 and a half seasons and she’s replaced by a male character, played by Lennie James, who barely spoke.

  2. Norman Reedus gets 1 mil an episode? I nearly choked on my toast.
I could look like I haven’t washed in years and utter a sentence or two in a husky, barely audible tone too for a mil.

    I can’t believe that.
