Apocalyptic series Z Nation has been axed by Syfy after five seasons.
The most recent US episode attracted all of 430,000 total live-plus-same-day viewers but will live on in the form of prequel Black Summer, starring Jaime King (Hart of Dixie), on Netflix.
On social media producer David Michael Latt called Black Summer “just the beginning of a lot of things.”
Z Nation also screened in Australia on Syfy.

the forever rolling ball of zombies was funny to all of a sudden
ironically I have enjoyed it more than some recent episodes of the walking dead
I’ll ask fellow members: is this show worth watching?
I loved it because it never took itself seriously though it did get a bit stupid towards the end of second last series, I have yet to find the last series to watch.
