Bumped: Manifest

US drama has been pushed back to Thursdays in Nine's schedule.

New US drama Manifest has been pushed back in Nine’s schedule just a week after its return.

Instead of now airing on Tuesdays it will air at 10:55pm on Thursday.

Last week it drew just 162,000 viewers, although many diehard fans would have seen the show fast-tracked on 9Now over summer.

In the US Manifest is the top new show of the Fall season.

  1. Only watched the first episode last year, thought I might enjoy it, but I really didn’t. I wonder if Nine had their fingers crossed it would be their answer to The Good Doctor?

      1. Thanks David but you are right, so much choice and so many ways of watching product these days it’s impossible to keep track. But I hate the way channels chop and change show scheduling.

      1. I’ve noticed this shift from networks too. I’ve been recording The Family, which Seven are running after 11:30pm a few nights a week, and nearly every ad break there is an ad for 7plus highlighting that “every episode” of the “entire season” of The Family is streaming now. Luckily their 7plus promos don’t contain spoilers of future episodes, but clearly the ad revenue must be better for BVOD than timeshift broadcast.
