Cosmos delayed due to Neil deGrasse Tyson investigation

National Geographic doco with famed astrophysicist was due to screen in March.

US space documentary Cosmos: Possible Worlds has been delayed in the US while host and astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson is investigated for inappropriate behaviour.

It was due to screen in Australia on National Geographic next month, as part of a 172 country roll-out in 43 languages.

deGrasse Tyson has been accused by three women of sexual misconduct, denying the allegations but welcoming an investigation. The Hollywood Reporter notes there is no update on the Tyson investigation by FOX and National Geographic.

Nat Geo previously pulled Tyson’s science-focused talk show Star Talk.
