2019 Australian Grand Prix: guide

Three days of Live action on 10 is hosted by Mark Webber and Matt White.

Coverage of the 2019 Australian Grand Prix from Melbourne begins tomorrow on 10 Bold and continues on 10 up until Sunday night.

Mark Webber and Matt White are hosts alongside Roz Kelly, F1 expert Tom Clarkson, reporter Scott Mackinnon, rev-head model Kate Peck and Natalie Hunter.

The 2019 FIA Formula One World Championship will have an unfamiliar look about it when the drivers return at the season opener in Albert Park, with only two teams – Mercedes and Haas retaining their 2018 driver line-up.

Aussie hero Daniel Ricciardo surprised many by announcing he would swap Red Bull for Renault and will be looking to set his sights on a maiden victory in the famous yellow and black on home soil.

Across the unmissable three-day sporting event, Network 10’s expert team will bring all the action, highlights and analysis from on and off the track.

    1. Daniel’s beaming smile this year is probably influenced a bit by his salary with Renault reportedly being around $49M, around 3 times his salary last year with RBR (source: news.com.au which attributes to UK’s The Mirror).

It was very impressive that all the teams got together yesterday arvo for a public welcome to Melbourne ceremony at Fed Square, the first time something like this has ever happened. It was telecast live as part of Foxtel’s TV F1 coverage.
