E Street pub for sale

An 1865 building in Balmain which became famous as the pub in 1980s/90s soap E Street is up for sale.

The property at 4a Stephen St was Patchett’s Pub in the soap which ran from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. It was into two warehouse-style residences in 1997 and has views of the harbour and city skyline.

Including its large cellar and rooftop terrace the site is estimated at $2.1m.

E Street starred Simon Baker, Marcus Graham, Toni Pearen, Tony Martin and the late Penny Cook. It ran for 5 seasons on 10.
