There may only be 6 episodes but GoT season will be only eight minutes shorter than the last.

  1. To anyone still on the fence as to why they should care about this, I was apathetic towards the show and tried the first three episodes but lost interest.
Then after “that” episode early in season 4 melted the whole internet unlike any TV show in history, I thought I’d give it another shot to see what the fuss was about and was hooked on the drama, the grit and the character arcs. I binge watched everything in time to watch the final episode of season 4 the week of release and was very glad to have done so.
In short, give it a shot. Just don’t be distracted with a second screen coz the details and the character interplays reward the attention.

  2. I thought the trade off for having only 6 eps was that we were getting ‘feature film length’ episodes, which I thought was a fair idea.
But standard movie length to me is 2hrs, 90mins if it’s a kid friendly movie. I’m underwhelmed by this news.
