The Cry, The Last Leg nominated in British TV awards.

Save Me and Killing Eve lead the nods at the Royal Television Society awards.

Save Me and Killing Eve lead the nominations at this year’s Royal Television Society (RTS) awards in the UK.

The Cry is nominated in the Miniseries category.

The Last Leg with Aussie Adam Hills is up for an Entertainment award while a doco on Germaine Greer is nominated elsewhere.

Other nominees include Peaky Blinders, A Very English Scandal, Butterfly, Black Mirror, Blue Planet II and actor Nabhaan Rizwan -who debuted in Informer, seen last night on ABC.

Ant & Dec have missed out on nominations for the first time in nine years. While Ant took most of last year off to recover from personal issues and go to rehab, the pair still won a National Television Award for Best Presenter earlier this year.
