BAFTA TV Craft Awards 2019: winners

A Very English Scandal, Killing Eve and Patrick Melrose amongst winners of UK craft awards.

A Very English Scandal was the big winner at the BAFTA TV Craft Awards on the weekend, scooping three prizes.

The BBC drama was recognised for best costume design, best editing (fiction) and best director (fiction) for Stephen Frears.

The series, which screened here on BBC First, starred Hugh Grant and was based on the Jeremy Thorpe scandal.

Killing Eve and Patrick Melrose were also winners.

The remaining BAFTA TV Awards which take place on Sunday 12 May at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
