With the MAFS juggernaut concluded, there was something of a reset last night.
My Kitchen Rules reclaimed the 7:30 slot at 854,000, up marginally on last Tuesday’s 832,000.
From there it was a bit of a bunfight. 7:30 was second in its slot at 574,000 then The Big Bang Theory (571,000 / 469,000).
The return of Bachelor in Paradise drew 553,000 for 10, ranked fourth but up on current network shows in the slot. It also managed to top the demos, which is encouraging. The only way is up?

Sadly, I think you underestimate the avg TV viewer’s tolerance for crap. At least it’s not at pay TV level where there are entire channels dedicated to this dross.
Actually, 9life comes pretty close.
The Bachelor in Paradise is the first show this year that has dragged me away from streaming. It’s just awesome
There is nothing encouraging about Bachelor thingy figures. Anything that encourages people to continually watch this crap just encourages them (the networks). Surely all this rubbish must sooner or later come to an end.
It might be interesting if Alisha’s boss becomes PM
