Paul Murray Live: Apr 8

Paul Murray begins a series of forums as candidates are questioned live by audience members in local pubs and clubs.

Paul Murray Live tonight begins a series of “Pub Test” specials as candidates are tested on their policies in front of a Live audience in local pubs and clubs.

Tonight the show is in the seat of Gilmore on the NSW South Coast, where former Labor Party President, Warren Mundine, is running for the Liberal Party.

Paul Murray said, “Unlike other television shows, we don’t vet the audience questions. The first 100 people to say they want to come can come and ask whatever they want. This isn’t the Paul Murray Show – it’s The Pub Test. It’s about the people asking the questions that matter to them. This is true live television, unpredictable and dangerous for MPs or aspiring MPs who think they can just float through with slogans.”

The next stop on Paul Murray Live: The Pub Test tour is the Sydney seat of Warringah on Thursday 11 April from 9:00pm AEST. All local candidates in the seat have been invited including former Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, who has confirmed his attendance.

Then on Tuesday 16 April, Paul Murray Live: The Pub Test will be Live from the seat of Bass in Launceston, Tasmania.

Additional pub tests will be announced as the election campaign progresses.

To be part of the audience email [email protected]. Limited places available.

Sunday – Thursday at 9pm AEST on SKY News Live.
