Michael Usher and political editor Mark Riley will lead Seven News‘ primetime coverage on Election Night this Saturday.

The panel includes Shadow Treasurer Chris Bowen,  Senator Jenny McAllister, Senator Michaelia Cash & former MP Craig Laundy.

This Saturday, Australians will have their say on who will lead the nation.

As Australia decides, Seven will broadcast an early edition of 7NEWS from 4.00pm AEST hosted by presenter Angela Cox live from our Melbourne studios.

We begin our 2019 Federal Election coverage with a 7NEWS pre-show live from ‘Election Central’ in Martin Place at 5.00pm AEST.

Election coverage will break on Seven at 6.00pm AEST for a special 45-minute edition of 7NEWS hosted by senior anchor Mark Ferguson.

From 6.45pm, join 7NEWS anchor Michael Usher and political editor Mark Riley for comprehensive coverage and up-to-the-minute results on 7NEWS: Decision Night in Australia 2019.

Our election panel will pack a punch with Labor party powerbrokers Shadow Treasurer Chris Bowen and NSW ALP Senator Jenny McAllister. And on the other side of the picture will be Coalition heavyweights Senator Michaelia Cash and former MP Craig Laundy. Rounding out our expert panel will be some of the sharpest political minds; Australian radio broadcaster Alan Jones and former Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett.

7NEWS will cross live throughout the night to reporters and politicians in more than 30 key battlegrounds across the country. 7NEWS senior political correspondent Tim Lester will be with Bill Shorten at Labor headquarters in Melbourne. And at Liberal HQ with Scott Morrison will be 7NEWS chief correspondent Chris Reason.

    1. I Agree, an Instant Turn Off for me also, you would think they would be on the LNP Cheer Squad Channel, Sky, but, mabe Seven Offered more Money
