Madam Secretary confirms final season

CBS has confirmed the sixth season of Madam Secretary will be the last.

The Téa Leoni drama will conclude with shorter 10 episode season.

CBS Entertainment president Kelly Kahl confirmed, “I think it’s important to respect the audience,” he said.

“It’s hard when a show just goes away. We like to be able to do this, and send the show off with a great deal of respect and celebration.”

Madam Secretary airs in Australia on 10 BOLD.
