Season 6 of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD begins next week on 7flix.

This debuted in the US a month ago. The show has also been renewed for a seventh season.

“Missing Pieces”
Daisy, Jemma, Piper, and Davis search the galaxy for Fitz. On Earth, Mac continues his command of S.H.I.E.L.D. as a series of dimensional anomalies spring up across the planet.

  2. IMO after watching the first couple of episodes, this looks like being the best season of the whole run. It seems the production value has been amped up. Probably, with the season being split over 2 years which is probably the seemingly 7th season. This probably gives time for a decent ending. I definitely this it’s worth watching.

  3. The timeslot is puzzling 7flix have played the show in this slot before and it ended up being shafted – so I don’t follow why it would be different this time around.

    1. Seven are trying to chip away at The Voice anyway they can. In the past Seven have had high rating content at 7:30pm but this year Nine is crushing them. Quality drama before 9:10pm, I’m not complaining.

  5. There was a period of doubt that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. would return but it continues albeit having gone through another story diversion yet again. Josh and Jed Whedon have been gradually re-imagining this Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. into a universe of it’s own so any link up with the past series of Avenger movies has been sidelined for the sake of this ABC productions own continuity. Obviously the ABC have a lot more contractual clout than Netflix had with Marvel / Disney, which for S.H.I.E.L.D. fans must be a good thing.

    1. Yep with ABC being part of Walt Disney Television it is going to sit more comfortably in that than Netflix ever could and it may be what Disney want for the show anyway. After they changed the Avenger movies from the Skrull being the aggressors to being the victims and not gone with Secret Invasion storyline, I think they’ve had in mind another version of it for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (only time will tell in this season).

      So a bit like the comic books themselves there are likely different continuities at play like you say, which to me makes sense as a series can do much more with something like a secret invasion than a Movie can.
