Regional broadcaster Southern Cross Austereo has found its next broadcast home in Fyshwick, ACT.
TV Tonight can reveal next year SCA will relocate to 24 Iron Knob Street, currently occupied by Geocon (pictured). SCA will take up almost all of first floor.
Adjacent to the Canberra Outlet Centre, the building is less than 5 years old. WIN TV is also in Fyshwick.
Broadcast presentation is set to move to NPC Sydney either later this year or early next year.
SCA sold its Canberra site in 2016 with a four-year lease-back.
A Â fit-out for the new home will begin in February 2020.
