Network 10 has expanded its horse racing coverage with UK and French events, following a deal with Sky Racing.
It includes The Gordon Stakes at Goodwood, the Ebor Handicap at York, plus the world-renowned Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp in France.
Featured events to be broadcast on 10 Bold on Saturday nights are:
· Coral Eclipse Meeting, Sandown Park, UK
· July Cup Meeting, Newmarket, UK
· Glorious Goodwood, Goodwood, UK
· Ebor Festival, York, UK
· Cambridgeshire Meeting, Newmarket, UK
· ARC Meeting, Longchamp, France
· British Champions Day, Ascot, UK
10’s head of Sport Matt White said: “This is great news for fans of international racing to have live free-to-air coverage, and an exciting time at 10 Sport as we expand our horse racing portfolio.
“International horses that are aiming for a start in the Lexus Melbourne Cup will be on the world stage, so our viewers can follow the complete story as we build to ‘the race that stops a nation.’”

If Ten are looking for sport l reckon they should chase Aussie Baseball n give that a decent leg up.
European horse racing?-What sort of audience would there be for that here?
Horse racing enthusiasts will watch a rocking horse run around the track if they can bet on it 😉
They’re all lead up races to the Melbourne Cup, which Ten now have rights too.
10 Sport is doing well and will probably deliver an excellent lead up to the Melbourne Cup, though just how many people will watch the races on Saturday nights?
After coming 6th main channel and 5th in network shares (likely to drop further in consolidated maybe) last night, The racing isn’t going to do them too much damage.
