Tuesday July 23 is shaping up as a battle of two reality finales as MasterChef Australia and House Rules go head to head in crowning their champions.
For the first time ever, three MasterChef contestants will face off in the Grand Final in a three-course service challenge stretching out over four and a half hours. Amongst the diners are Julie Goodwin, Andy Allen, Diana Chan, Sashi Cheliah, and Curtis Stone, with Shannon Bennett back as mentor.
House Rules will see one team walk away with $250,000 plus a fully renovated home and garden.
Meanwhile Australian Ninja Warrior is in semi final mode, with the top 10 Ninjas proceeding to a Grand Final tipped for Sunday 28 / Monday 29 July.

Unusual. Commercial networks don’t normally go head to head for finales! Perhaps HR doesn’t care, given its generally fallen behind 10 most of the season. Will be interesting to see who comes out on top.
Both are well down on previous seasons so I predict Ninja first followed by MasterChef and HR third.
