US comedy-drama Younger has been renewed for a seventh season, while the sixth season is underway.
Created by Darren Star, the series stars Sutton Foster as an editor navigating the highly competitive world of publishing, while facing the lie she created about her age to land her dream job. It also features Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor, Nico Tortorella, Peter Hermann, Molly Bernard and Charles Michael Davis.
Australian Joe Murphy is also one of the show’s writers.
“Season after season, Younger has continued to reach new heights and build an incredibly loyal fan base,” said Paramount and TV Land president of development and production Keith Cox. “We love this talented and amazing cast and can’t wait to see what Darren has in store for season seven.”
Season 6 is currently streaming in Australia on Stan.

I do love this show ?
The love angle with Liza and the two main men is getting stale and repetitive but the other storyline’s themselves I feel have a lot of freshness and longevity to them… so a season 7 renewal is not surprising
