I came across this clip recently, an eye-catching real estate for Bel-Air’s Chartwell Estate -better known as The Beverly Hillbillies mansion.

It was used as exteriors for the hit 1960s sitcom.

Now listed at $195 million, the price tag once hit $350 million, then $245 million but never sold. Fittingly, it is still the most expensive house in the USA.
