Airdate: Star Trek: Picard

Star Trek: Picard will screen on Amazon Prime from late January.

A new Star Trek: Picard trailer debuted at during the New York Comic Con panel at Madison Square Garden.

In attendance were cast members Sir Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard), Isa Briones (Dahj), Santiago Cabrera (Cristobal “Chris” Rios), Michelle Hurd (Raffi Musiker), Alison Pill (Dr. Agnes Jurati), Harry Treadaway (Narek) and Evan Evagora (Elnor), alongside executive producers Alex Kurtzman, Michael Chabon, Akiva Goldsman and Heather Kadin as well as co-executive producer and director Hanelle Culpepper and supervising producer Kirsten Beyer.

In addition, it was announced it will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, 24 January 2020.

Following the premiere, new episodes of 10 part series will be available weekly on Fridays.

  1. Old friends back together again. StarTrek: Picard will make a fascinating comparison with Netflix’s Star Trek Discovery, so ratings could become competitive between the two streaming companies. I would say that ‘Picard’ has a good chance of eventually being released on FTA like ‘Bosch’ it does look designed for it. It will certainly get a release on DVD hopefully also in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

  2. I think Star Trek: Picard will impress viewers considering how many amazing elements and great characters they’ve got on the program. Has everything sci-fi fans will love and will probably get Amazon Prime Video a surge in subscribers.
