Love Island: update
Friday episode is out, but Nine adds a Sunday edition to 9GO!

Nine has made a minor change to its playout of Love Island this week.
There will be no episode this Friday night.
Instead it will add a Sunday night episode screening at 8:30pm on 9GO!
Nine has an NRL Trans-Tasman game this Friday between Kangaroos v Kiwis, so it was moving the episode to 9GO! anyway, but has now reshuffled things.
At this stage the change is understood to be for this week only.

Friday was a terrible timeslot anyway
In Perth it was always going to be on 9 as NRL is on GEM but now it’s been bumped to Sunday on Go aswell
Love Island works better as a Sun-Thurs format (like it did in Season 1) anyway rather than Mon-Fri. By having the major dumpings/twists occur when the audience will be at work/school the next day; it creates a talking point at the ‘water cooler’ and sparks the audiences attention for the next episode.
