Less than a week after season three’s release in July, Netflix said 40.7 million member accounts worldwide had viewed the the show, the fastest a Netflix original had ever amassed such a big audience. More than 18 million member households had already finished the eight-episode season within a few days.

Netflix last month renewed Stranger Things for season 4, and series creators and showrunners Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer signed a multiyear overall deal with the streamer to create films and television series

Also in its earnings announcement, Netflix confirmed Secret Obsession starring Brenda Song, was watched by 40 million households in the first four weeks. Unbelievable was watched by 32 million member households in its first 28 days. 1. Netflix’s new release ‘Raising Dion’ should please fans of Stranger Things as well, it is a cute story though maybe a little slow, especially at the start. Ja’Siah Young as Dion is a really fine young actor who does much to keep the supernatural theme of the show together. Jason Ritter looks a little out of place being secretly in love with Nichole, Dion’s mother, though his natural comedic style does smooth out a few of the stories romantic rough edges.
