E! to revive The Soup with new host
Former Joel McHale-hosted series will return in 2020 with Jade Catta-Preta.

E! is reviving its pop culture talk show The Soup with a new host.
Joel McHale hosted the series from 2004 – 2015, drawing humour from reality TV, viral videos and everything in between.
Brazilian comedian and actress Jade Catta-Preta (Girl Code, @midnight) will host the new-look series when it returns in early 2020.
“We’re excited to bring this beloved franchise back to the network, with a new take on an old favourite,” said Rod Aissa, executive vice president of production and development, Oxygen and production, E! “Jade’s quick wit and keen observations will provide a much-needed voice in today’s pop culture landscape delivered in a way that only The Soup can.”

I really miss Catt Sadler . Channel E hasnt been the same since, a great talent
This was one of my favourite shows
I just hope that the new host, who is unknown to me, has the same set of chops like Joel McHale had and it isn’t watered down
