Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been renewed for an eighth season by NBC ahead of its seventh season return.
Season 7 isn’t set to premiere until February but season 6 averaged 3.2 million viewers overall in Live+Same Day ratings. After 35 days that grew to 6.4 million viewers. It was the first season for NBC after being axed by FOX in 2018.
The comedy stars Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Lo Truglio, Dirk Blocker and Joel McKinnon Miller.
It airs in Australia on SBS VICELAND.

Good news! I’m a recent arrival to this show since it has landed on Netflix. Only on season 2, but it’s very good as a bit of mindless bingey-fun.
