Summer season looms, Nine wins quiet Thursday.

Ratings: As survey nears the finish line, only entertainment show was above the 500,000 mark last night.

Tomorrow marks the last official day of 2019 survey, although a quick look at ratings this week indicates viewers and programming are already shifting to summer mode.

At 532,000 viewers, Nine’s Seven Worlds One Planet was the only entertainment show above the 500,000 mark last night.

It defeated 7:30 (485,000), Better Homes & Gardens (411,000 from 7pm), Jamie’s Ultimate Veg  (205,000) and The Wonderful World Of Chocolate (189,000).

Elton John Uncensored led thereafter at 461,000 ahead of Grand Designs Australia (379,000 from 8pm), The Front Bar (367,000), The Secrets Of Coca Cola (247,000) and Trial by Kyle which was last at only 140,000.

Nine network won Thursday with 31.3% then Seven 29.0%, ABC 16.3%, 10 14.2% and SBS 9.2%.

Seven News was #1 with 825,000 / 801,000 for Seven. The Chase drew 428,000 / 260,000. Beyond the Boundary was 185,000.

Nine News was best for Nine at 726,000 / 702,000 followed by A Current Affair (605,000), Hot Seat drew 408,000 / 254,000. A Brit Icons: Elton John repeat was 263,000.

ABC News (581,000), Shetland (240,000), The Drum (167,000) and Killing Eve (64,000) also comprised ABC’s night.

The Project pulled 376,000 / 221,000 for 10 then 10 News First (285,000), Celebrity Name Game (152,000) and Law & Order: SVU (107,000).

On SBS it was SBS World News (118,000) and On Becoming A God In Central Florida (95,000).

NCIS on 10 BOLD led multichannels at 157,000.
