  1. Congrats 10 for beating 9 in total share. Not so congrats the Conners not even making the multichannel top 20. And 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown goes from strength to strength.

  2. Sunrise has better chemistry between hosts, and a better production overall. I have been flicking between the 2 and feel the content is equal. Today need a big bright new set, something like good Morning Britain. The current Today team is better than last year so may take time to bed in. Karl is a world class broadcaster, so lets hope his brand is not permanently damaged.

  3. This day last year Today had 202,000 viewers, fast forward to 2020 and they’re on 192,000. Maybe Karl and other presenters were never the problem, perhaps it’s the content on Sunrise viewers prefer, regardless of who is hosting?

    1. Even though I’m more inclined to watch Sunrise probably due to some feelings of (lessening) loyalty to the hosts (I rarely watch either during the week these days) I actually think the content of Today is better as it’s less tacky and trashy.

    2. Today certainly don’t seem to be able to get it right. I really am not a Karl admirer. I think his ego is a problem. He tries to be a hard hitting reporter and can’t pull it of. That being said the panel are led by the producer therefore alot of the blame lays there. I have started to watch Sky news as Karl, Tracy and Brook drive me crazy.
