Charles Wooley opts for part-time on 60 Minutes

Longest-running 60 Minutes journalist has over 25 years of travelling the world for Nine.

Veteran 60 Minutes reporter Charles Wooley has scaled back his commitments to the Nine current affairs show.

Nine sources yesterday confirmed to TV Tonight he had decided to contribute on a part-time basis.

Tassie-based Wooley is the longest-serving member of the team, having first joined in 1991 and has a spent quarter of a century travelling the world.

His most recent report aired in December.

The full-time 60 Minutes team for 2020 is Liz Hayes, Tara Brown, Liam Bartlett, Tom Steinfort & Sarah Abo, with Allison Langdon also having joined Today.
