Home & Away legend Alf Stewart (equal legend Ray Meagher) walks down the aisle tonight as he marries Martha (Belinda Giblin).

Alf has previously been married to Martha portrayed by Alison Mulvaney and of course, Ailsa (Judy Nunn).

7pm tonight on Seven.

  1. I checked out the wedding episode, as I’m a fan of Soap stalwart Belinda Giblin (The Box, The Sullivans, Sons and Daughters, even another role in H&A). It’s funny one of my first TV weeks had a wedding pic cover with her and Sam Neil when they were in the Sullivans and now another TV Week wedding pic cover with her over 40 years later. I never understood how Martha wasn’t really dead, Alf would never have kept something like that from Roo, it just didn’t ring true.
