Returning: Halfworlds

HBO Asia fantasy series Halfworlds returns to SBS this week.

This is an 8 part series which premiered internationally in 2016.

Set in Bangkok, Halfworlds follows Juliet, a tenacious researcher trying to uncover the hidden world of the Peesaj – demons who look like humans and live amongst them. Juliet’s world is soon turned upside down when her curiosity attracts the attention of these immortal beings, and a Peesaj named Fyter is sent to kill her.

Season Two, Episode One:
Amidst a hunt for a demon, Juliet is taken down a new path with her father’s research in Bangkok.
