Airdate: First Wives Club

New US series First Wives Club, based on the 1996 comedy of the same name, is coming to Stan.

Rebooted by BET Networks, the cast features Michelle Buteau, Jill Scott and Ryan Michelle Bathe.

This screened in the US in September and has been renewed for a second season.

Based on the critically acclaimed smash-hit film, this hilarious new series follows three previously estranged best friends: Ari (Ryan Michelle Bathe), Hazel (Jill Scott) and Bree (Michelle Buteau), who reunite to navigate Hazel’s public divorce, Ari’s unsatisfying marriage, and Bree’s relationship with her cheating husband. Together, the women learn that as long as they have each other, they’re unstoppable.
