Returning: The Sunday Footy Show

Tony Jones & co. are back to analyse a very odd start to AFL 2020.

The Sunday Footy Show returns this Sunday morning on Nine to discuss the odd start to AFL 2020.

Bringing you the best in analysis, laughs and on-air banter in the code, The Sunday Footy Show will break down all the Round 1 matches so far and preview the upcoming Sunday games.

In an unchanged lineup, host Tony Jones will be joined by the four former AFL stars, Essendon’s Matthew Lloyd, Richmond and Bulldogs’ Nathan Brown, Geelong’s Billy Brownless and Port Adelaide’s Kane Cornes, along with the best newsbreaker in the business, Damian Barrett.

The panel will explore the latest breaking news on the coronavirus pandemic and what it means for the future of the AFL, plus how the games are playing out with reduced quarters and no crowds.

And don’t miss the favourite segments Vol-Kane-O, Billy’s List, TJ’s Time Capsule, Team of the Year and the best of What Caught My Eye from the off-season.

Plus, Browny’s Sunday Quiz returns, and thanks to Sportsbet, home viewers are given the chance to win $500 each week.

10.00am Sunday on Nine.

  1. With a few people on the panel how will they go with the safe distance thing? Ive noticed on sunrise & the morning show they have moved well apart.

But I enjoy this footy show. Usually get a laugh from it.
