  1. Well thanks to the overrun if MC I’ve missed the end of Secrets, yet I recorded 15 minutes over and MC ran over 14 minutes. Not impressed with 10

  2. What’s that old saying about the definition of insanity … something about constantly repeating the same action and expecting a different result ?
Well guess what Channel Nine, the same reasons you dumped Karl from Today in 2019 are the same reasons he is not working in 2020.
But don’t take my ( or the viewers ) words for it…just keep on bashing your thick bruised and heads against that brick wall …

    1. Really enjoyed seeing Charlie Pickering back but Luke McGregor ughhhhh!

A little of Luke goes a long way – he’s much better with CPaq keeping him in check and Jonathan Brough behind the camera.

    2. I just watched The Weekly – it really struggled to position itself in today’s world.

Kitty Flanagan was great on The Weekly with her intelligent and mature humour, but for me, Judith Lucy’s humour is immature gutter humour where she seems to have an obsession with her genitalia – secondary school humour at best.

This episode was The Weekly at its very worst IMO.

  3. Congratulations to 10 on the win. I love their 50 weeks of programming plan as well.
Today 100k behind Sunrise? Interesting times ahead I think at Nine for their breakfast lineup.

    1. The only thing worse than Brooke Boney reporting on entertainment is Brooke Boney reporting on entertainment while there is none happening. She’s my Today show turn-off.

  4. Once again enjoyed masterchef but gee do we need to have an ad break very few minutes. Let the show flow.

I told myself I wouldn’t get sucked into watching The Secret She Keeps but I watched the encore last week and I actually watched it last night after masterchef. It’s not actually a bad show.

    1. My partner loves Masterchef, so it’s usually on our tele each night. I enjoy the show too, but find myself moving around and doing other things, as it’s just too drawn out for me. I was working on a jigsaw last night while listening to the show. At one stage I said to my partner, ‘didn’t they just have an add break?’ So yes agree, I think there are way too many add breaks towards the end of each episode and it ruins the flow.

  5. A fantastic achievement by 10!
It seems the more channels they have, the more repetitive content that gets recycled. I am still amazed that 20 year old movies still get a run on the main channel when they have 2-3 others…

      1. Not entirely correct. The numbers for BGT are almost of par with HR during the week. the only thing paying the bills at Seven at the moment is News. Even H&A has been beaten by The Project 7PM over the last week as well.
