Acorn TV added to Apple TV

European, British, Canadian, Australian mystery & drama now accessible through Apple TV.

Acorn TV is now available through Apple TV.

The AMC Networks-owned platform specialises in European, British, Canadian and Australian mystery and drama.

Customers can sign up now for a one-month free trial and subscribe directly to Acorn TV on the Apple TV app for AU$6.99 per month at apple.co/-AcornTV.

Featuring “the most robust, reliable selection of European, British, Canadian and Australian shows,”according to The New York Times, Acorn TV offers a carefully curated collection of on-demand TV series, including classic fan favourites Cold Feet, Broadchurch, Doc Martin, Victoria, Black Books, Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, Line of Duty, George Gently, Foyle’s War and Midsomer Murders.

Subscribers to Acorn TV through Apple TV channels can watch and download shows for both online and offline viewing. Through Family Sharing, up to six family members can share the subscription using just their Apple ID and password.

TV fans can look forward to April highlights including the streaming premiere of Acorn TV Original Finding Joy, a quirky, life-affirming comedy series created & written by, and starring beloved Irish actress Amy Huberman; Jack Irish Season 2 starring Emmy Award winner Guy Pearce; Doc Martin Season 7; and an unmissable fourth season of The Brokenwood Mysteries.
