New UK drama Belgravia, written by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey) will screen on BBC First in  May.

Belgravia is a story of secrets and scandals amongst the upper echelon of London society in the 19th century.

The 6 part series features Philip Glenister, Tamsin Greig, Emily Reid, Alice Eve, Jeremy Neumark Jones, Nicholas Rowe and Tom Wilkinson amongst others.

This premiered in the UK last month.

When the Trechards accept an invitation to the now legendary ball hosted by the Duchess of Richmond on the fateful eve of the Battle of Waterloo, it sets in motion a series of events that will have consequences for decades to come as secrets unravel behind the porticoed doors of London’s grandest neighbourhoods. 

Updated: Sundays at 8.30pm from May 24 on BBC First.

  1. The English Game and Belgravia. But still no The Gilded Age, which was first touted in 2012. I guess production has been shut down by Coronavirus now and it will be delayed another year.
