Not even a pandemic can hold back prolific comedy producer Paul Fenech who is in pre-production on a new Housos series for 7mate.
On Instagram the Logie winner has been posting images and video of his new “Sunnyvale” house, complete with a toilet bowl beside the door to the backyard.
Billy Betts, Head of Multi-channel Programming told TV Tonight, “We had great success with new Pizza last year, and have been wanting to do the same with Housos ever since. Pauly recognised early on that the characters lend themselves to a lockdown type scenario and is putting together a series which we can all hopefully laugh with once a level of normality returns in a few months time.
“Mate’s original Australian commissions are what sets it apart from other multi channels and are a vital part of maintaining 7mate’s audience dominance in the hard to reach young male demographics.”
