Nine resumes ratings lead

Ratings: Lego MAsters and Music from the Home Front deliver another ratings week to Nine.

The return of Lego Masters and a COVID-19 special Music from the Home Front have delivered another ratings week to Nine.

There were successes for Seven News and MasterChef Australia while a 7:30 interview with former PM Malcolm Turnbull led for ABC (despite press suggestions it flopped).

Seven: Seven News (Sun: 1.25m), The Chase (678,000), Home & Away (657,000) and House Rules (Sun: 630,000).

10: MasterChef Australia (Thurs: 1.03m), The Sunday Project (613,000), Gogglebox (599,000) and 10 News First (488,000).

ABC: Malcolm Turnbull: The 7:30 Interview (953,000), ABC News (Sat: 936,000), Death in Paradise (800,000) and Four Corners (777,000).

SBS: Great Canadian Railway Journeys (323,000), Britain’s Cathedrals with Tony Robinson (270,000), Tutankhamun: Life, Death and Legacy (242,000) and Insight (241,000).

Nine led Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Seven won Wednesday and Friday. 10 won Thursday. ABC bettered 10 on Monday, Friday and Saturday.

Nine won 4 cities, while Seven held in Perth.

2020 survey now continues uninterrupted until late November.
