A bit of a treat for music theatre fans with Ben Platt Live from Radio City Music Hall screening on Netflix from tomorrow.

Platt is best known for the musicals The Book of Mormon, Dear Evan Hansen, movie Pitch Perfect and Ryan Murphy drama The Politician. Season 2 of The Politician premieres on Friday, June 19.

Captured before a live audience at Radio City Music Hall, this feature-length special documents Tony, Grammy and Emmy-Award winning performer Ben Platt at the final stop on tour for his hit debut album, Sing to Me Instead.

Wednesday on Netflix.

  1. This man is such a talent. Amazing on stage, and his acting in The Politician was one of the best things about an otherwise uneven series. Having said that, I am looking forward to Series 2.
