Casting is already underway for Season 13 in 2021.

Buoyed by the success of its refreshed series MasterChef Australia has begun a casting call for 2021.

“Are you a passionate home cook who loves creating beautiful dishes to share with family and friends? Or perhaps you are person your colleagues count on to bring the best sweet treats to the office!” a casting notice announces.

“If you are over the age of 18, love food and want to take your culinary skills to the next level, then we want to hear from you.”

Filming dates are between October 2020 and June 2021 for approximately 30 weeks with a break over Christmas and New Year.

Season 13 is yet to be formally announced for 2021.

Applications close Monday 10th August 2020.

  1. Huge congrats to 10 and Endemol on the MC refresh. They have done a really great job, the new judges were exactly the shot in the arm the ageing franchise needed.
