James Corden surgery halts Late Late Show

James Corden has had to halt hosting home editions of his Late Late Show.

“Hey all. I had to have minor surgery on my eye yesterday,” Corden wrote on Instagram. “I am doing well and recovering, but won’t be able to film new episode for a few nights.”

Corden has been broadcasting his Late Late Show from his garage ever since the coronavirus pandemic shut down.

“Thank you to everyone who has been watching the Late Late Shows from my garage,” Corden concluded his message. “Stay safe and well everybody.”

Corden was next due to feature 5 Seconds of Summer as guests along with Allison Janney, Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Barker.
