Lego Masters hits season high

Ratings: At various stages last night Seven, Nine, 10 and ABC all took the lead.

There was something for (almost) everybody last night.

At various stages Seven, Nine, 10 and ABC all took the lead.

An underwater challenge saw Lego Masters hit a series high at 1.24m and topped the demos.

It was followed by MasterChef Australia (870,000), 7:30 (777,000), Australian Story (670,000) and House Rules (568,000).

Later, Have You Been Paying Attention? scored 868,000 then Four Corners (706,000) and Media Watch (658,000).

Nine network won Monday with 27.9% then Seven 25.2%, 10 21,0%, ABC 17.3% and SBS 6.7%.

Nine News drew 1.18m / 1.14m for Nine then A Current Affair (891,000) and Hot Seat (627,000 / 359,000) and Emergence (344,000).

Seven News was #1 with 1.34m / 1.23m for Seven. The Chase was 767,000 / 445,000 then Home and Away (707,000) and 9-1-1 (344,000).

The Project pulled 647,000 / 413,000 for 10. 10 News First (491,000 / 316,000) and a How to Stay Married (282,000) repeat followed.

ABC News won its slot at 927,000 for ABC. Q&A drew 517,000 and The Drum was 256,000.

On SBS it was Secrets of the Royals (244,000), SBS World News (201,000), Mastermind (126,000) Michael Mosley: Into The Mind (111,000) and How To Lose Weight Well (88,000).

7TWO’s Doc Martin led multichannels at 173,000.

  1. I believe that is the highest rated Home and Away episode in years. Don’t remember when they last had over 700,000 overnight viewers.

    1. No idea. I suggested to Seven last week they supply better info around season highs as Nine and 10 do, it leads to better ratings coverage 9as headline notes here). I’m still waiting.

  2. Lego Masters is attracting a huge audience. Guess it’s something the whole family can enjoy together. And it’s not cooking or house reno stuff. For me, I watched Australian Story and Four Corners, both amazing.

  3. Didn’t even turn on House Rules after Sunday’s double ep marathon. Still burned out by that. Looks like many others are as well
