Renewed: Mr. Inbetween

Scott Ryan will be back for a third season as hitman and dad Ray Shoesmith.

Aussie-made drama Mr. Inbetween has been renewed for a third season.

The Logie and AACTA-winning series stars creator Scott Ryan as hitman and dad Ray Shoesmith, is directed by Nash Edgerton and produced by Blue-Tongue Films, Jungle Entertainment and Pariah Productions.

Season Two also featured Brooke Satchwell as girlfriend Ally, Justin Rosniak as best friend Gary, Chika Yasumura as daughter Brittany, Nicholas Cassim as brother Bruce, Damon Herriman as boss Freddy, David Michôd as Peter the anger management counsellor and Matt Nable as Dave.

Season 3 is produced by FX Productions.

It airs in Australia on Showcase.

  1. Great news! Top quality drama – it’s a pity each episode only runs for ~30 minutes. It’s going to be interesting to see how it will pick up after last season’s finale.
