AFL back on FOX Footy

AFL returns on Thursday, introducing Virtual Crowd Noise.

AFL returns to FOX Footy on Thursday, introducing Virtual Crowd Noise and a commentary led by Nick Riewoldt and Jonathan Brown.

Even before the first bounce between Collingwood and Richmond on Thursday night, FOX Footy, on Foxtel and Foxtel Now, will deliver fans a huge return to the game with the very best footy analysis and entertainment from the best experts in the game.

In what is set to be a popular in-game broadcast innovation for the resumption of the AFL Premiership season, Virtual Crowd Noise will debut in round 2. The sounds of fans will differ for all clubs and stadiums, enhancing the fan experience.

FOX Footy is also bringing fans as close to the game as possible with the return of FOX Air, an aerial cable camera that will fly up and down the ground showing play from every angle.

Led by Nick Riewoldt and Jonathan Brown, FOX Footy’s live action begins before the first siren sounds every round and continues until the locker rooms are empty on a Sunday.

8pm Thursday on FOX Footy.
